Branch Election – Time Change
The Branch election for Branch Trustee and Delegates to the 2026 National Convention will be held on Wednesday, November 12th.
Please note that the election hours have been extended to 7:30 PM – 9:45 PM (previously 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM).
This adjustment was made after several candidates and carriers raised concerns that, since the election falls on the day after a holiday, some members may be working later than originally scheduled.
After seeking guidance from NALC National Headquarters, and in consultation with Branch 258’s Executive Board, it was determined that the Election Committee has the authority to adjust the voting hours if necessary. The Committee subsequently voted to extend the election period to better accommodate carriers who may be working late.
